Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Director, Content Strategy to define and elevate our voice across audiences. You will lead our enterprise content marketing strategy, steward messaging and thought leadership platforms, and translate business priorities into impactful content that strengthens our brand and drives growth.

You will work with senior leaders to shape executive narratives, create scalable content frameworks, and harness AI tools to enhance efficiency and reach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise content programs or editorial strategies.
• Proven experience developing content strategies that support growth, engagement and brand differentiation.
• Experience developing audience personas or segmentation strategies to guide messaging.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling for executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and subject matter experts for thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Osaic's enterprise content marketing strategy, translating business priorities into compelling content.
• Serve as steward of messaging architecture, brand narrative, personas, content pillars, and success metrics.
• Establish a strategic content roadmap aligned with growth objectives and market opportunities.
• Partner across the enterprise to source, develop, and publish high-impact content across channels.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and campaign teams to implement content strategies in campaigns.
• Lead development of executive thought leadership programs with senior leaders.
• Build scalable content processes, governance, and editorial frameworks for efficiency.
• Align content priorities with Marketing and Communications for a cohesive experience across campaigns.
• Lead content strategy and storytelling for flagship advisor events like ConnectED and conferences.
• Provide strategic counsel and messaging guidance to executives and partners.
• Leverage AI to streamline content development and define AI personas for consistent voice.
