Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Director, Content Strategy to define and elevate our voice across audiences and experiences. You will lead enterprise content marketing, steward messaging, and drive growth through compelling content that engages advisors and strengthens the brand.

You will partner with senior leaders to create thought leadership, establish scalable content governance, and shape content programs for flagship events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or related roles.
• 3+ years leading enterprise content programs or editorial strategies.
• Experience developing audience personas and targeted messaging.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling for executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to develop thought leadership.
• Proven governance, editorial processes, and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise content marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Steward messaging architecture, brand narrative, value proposition, and content pillars.
• Build a strategic content roadmap aligned with advisor needs and market opportunities.
• Collaborate across enterprise to publish high-impact content across channels.
• Lead executive thought leadership programs with senior leaders.
• Create scalable content processes, governance, and editorial frameworks.
• Oversee flagship advisor events and develop content themes and narratives.
• Provide guidance to executives and marketing partners on messaging and content.
• Leverage AI to streamline content development and maintain consistent voice.
