Job summary

Osaic seeks a strategic Director, Content Strategy to lead enterprise content marketing and messaging across audiences. You will steward branding, thought leadership, and scalable content frameworks to drive growth and advisor engagement.

You will partner with senior leaders to develop executive narratives, define governance, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and impact. Hybrid office schedule optional.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, corporate communications, brand marketing, journalism, or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise content programs, editorial strategies, or content marketing functions.
• Proven experience developing content strategies that support business growth, audience engagement, and brand differentiation.
• Experience developing audience personas or segmentation strategies to guide targeted messaging and content creation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience creating content for executive and client audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership and strategic messaging.
• Demonstrated success establishing content governance, editorial processes, and measurement frameworks.
• Experience using content performance data, audience insights, and market intelligence to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and emerging technologies that improve content development and scalability.
• High business acumen and a curiosity for learning more about subject matter, the firm, our industry, and current best practices.
• Preferred but not required: financial industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Osaic's enterprise content marketing strategy, translating business priorities into compelling content.
• Serve as steward of Osaic's messaging architecture, including brand narrative, value proposition, audience personas, content pillars, and metrics.
• Establish and maintain a strategic content roadmap aligned with growth objectives, advisor needs, market opportunities, and priorities.
• Partner across the enterprise to identify, source, develop, and publish high-impact content across channels as advisor and content creator.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and campaign teams to bring content strategies to life through engaging experiences.
• Lead development of executive thought leadership programs with senior leaders.
• Build scalable content processes, governance models, and editorial frameworks for efficiency and reuse.
• Align content priorities with Marketing and Communications leaders for cohesive campaigns.
• Lead content strategy for flagship advisor events, including ConnectED and other conferences.
• Provide strategic counsel and messaging guidance to executives and marketing partners.
• Leverage AI to streamline content development and maintain consistent voice and messaging.
• Define and monitor content performance metrics and translate insights into business outcomes.
