Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Director of Content Strategy to define and elevate the firm’s voice across audiences and experiences. You will lead enterprise content marketing, steward messaging and leadership platforms, and shape executive storytelling to strengthen the brand and drive growth.

You will partner with senior leaders to build scalable content frameworks, collaborate with marketing teams, and use AI-enabled approaches to scale content programs across events and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, corporate communications, brand marketing, journalism, or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise content programs, editorial strategies, or content marketing functions.
• Proven experience developing content strategies that support business growth, audience engagement, and brand differentiation.
• Experience developing audience personas or segmentation strategies to guide targeted messaging and content creation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience creating content for executive and client audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership and strategic messaging.
• Demonstrated success establishing content governance, editorial processes, and measurement frameworks.
• Experience using content performance data, audience insights, and market intelligence to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and emerging technologies that improve content development and scalability.
• High business acumen and a curiosity for learning more about subject matter, the firm, our industry, and current best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Osaic's enterprise content marketing strategy, translating business priorities into compelling content.
• Serve as the steward of Osaic's messaging architecture, including the brand narrative, value proposition, audience personas, content pillars, and success metrics.
• Establish and maintain a strategic content roadmap aligned with growth objectives, advisor needs, market opportunities, and priorities.
• Parter across the enterprise to identify, source, develop, and publish high-impact content across owned, earned, and shared channels.
• Partner closely with creative, digital, and campaign teams to bring content strategies to life through experiences and integrated programs.
• Lead the development of executive thought leadership programs with senior leaders.
• Build scalable content processes, governance models, and editorial frameworks for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to align priorities and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead content strategy and narrative development for flagship advisor events like ConnectED and other conferences.
• Provide strategic counsel, messaging guidance, and content consultation to executives and partners.
• Leverage AI to streamline content development and maintain AI personas for consistent voice.
• Define and monitor content performance metrics and translate insights into business outcomes.
