Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in a communications and public relations leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Change Management, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field is required.
• Proven ability to create compelling communications that engage, educate and inspire audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to partner, coach and consult with executive and senior leaders across functions, businesses and countries.
• Experience enhancing and refining company branding, values and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide communication strategies that enable priorities, transformation initiatives and growth.
• Develop executive communication strategies, speeches, presentations and leadership content.
• Build governance, planning processes and measurement frameworks for enterprise communications.
• Partner with HR, Legal and business leaders to align messaging and ensure consistency.
• Lead or support large-scale communication initiatives and manage resources to meet timelines.
