Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead and scale its Group Enterprise Architecture activities across North America. You will chair architecture boards, drive strategic design decisions, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology roadmaps while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or related technical discipline.
• Master's degree (MS or MBA) preferred; may substitute 12+ years of progressive technical leadership for degree.
• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership in large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core leader on the Group Enterprise Architecture Board to formulate and institutionalize NA architectural capabilities.
• Mandate and steer technical strategies across network, cloud, integration frameworks, and application domains to reduce technical debt.
• Lead the North American Technical Design Authority and Design Review Board to evaluate designs, risks, and ADRs.
• Champion Build vs. Buy analyses and RFPs for emerging technologies (Gen AI, Agentic AI) and rationalize the broader ecosystem.
• Act as principal proxy for senior executives, aligning business priorities with technology roadmaps and vendor relationships.
