Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Enterprise Architect in the United States to shape technology strategy and align business objectives with scalable, secure architectures.

This senior role spans data, applications, and platform architecture, driving modernization, AI-enabled decision making, and governance. You will partner with executives to reduce technical debt and enable large-scale manufacturing and other critical industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise, solution, data, application, or platform architecture.
• Practical experience applying enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Strong understanding of business systems including ERP, MES, CAD, PLM, and QMS, as well as cloud platforms, distributed systems, integration frameworks, and modern application design.
• Solid knowledge of AI and machine learning, data architecture, and contemporary security frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong ability to align enterprise architecture with business strategy, operational requirements, and financial considerations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Business architecture and strategic alignment: develop capability maps, value streams, and traceability from strategy to implementation.
• Enterprise data architecture: establish data principles, governance, and patterns for analytics and AI.
• Responsible AI architecture: model governance, bias monitoring, explainability, and auditability.
• Application architecture and modernization: define target-state architecture with API-first and cloud-native patterns.
• Technology and platform architecture: blueprints for platforms, integration layers, and cloud environments.
• Architecture governance and standards: policies, reference architectures, and guardrails with governance boards.
• Security, resilience, and compliance: zero-trust, privacy, auditability, and disaster recovery planning.
• Roadmap development and portfolio rationalization: actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• AI-enabled architectural efficiency: use AI to model dependencies and accelerate governance.
• Execution optimization and delivery leadership: guide teams, remove blockers, validate outcomes.
• Strategic advisory and team development: mentor architects and engineers; foster collaboration.
