Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking an Enterprise Apps & AI Lead to guide full-stack teams, shape the technical roadmap across AI-enabled apps, and ensure secure, scalable solutions for Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Technology domains.

This role blends hands-on engineering leadership with people leadership, requiring deep expertise in Python/Django, AI/LLM stacks, cloud platforms, and a focus on performance, cost, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• 5+ years of backend development using Python, with Django or Django REST Framework.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Full Stack Developers and Solution Architects delivering web, AI-enabled, and simulation applications across domains.
• Own the technical roadmap for a broad portfolio of enterprise applications and partner on architecture, integrations, and delivery.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to translate priorities into engineering plans that ship reliably.
• Set and enforce engineering standards for architecture, code quality, security, DevOps, testing, and observability.
• Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, code quality, performance, and platform reliability across every code base.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in design reviews, incident response, and AI/LLM initiatives.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
