Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Piscataway, NJ is seeking an Enterprise Apps & AI Lead to guide a team of Full Stack Developers and Solution Architects. You will own the technical roadmap for a portfolio of AI-enabled, enterprise-scale applications across Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Master Data domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years leading engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale applications.
5+ years backend development with Python (Django/Django REST).
3+ years cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Full Stack Developers and Solution Architects delivering web/AI-enabled applications for multiple domains.
Own the technical roadmap for a broad portfolio of enterprise apps and partner on architecture, integrations, and delivery.
Translate strategic priorities into engineering plans and ship reliably.
Set and enforce engineering standards for architecture, code quality, security, DevOps, testing, and observability.
Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, performance, and platform reliability.
