Job summary

Colgate is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support secure, production-grade enterprise applications powered by LLMs and multi-agent architectures. You will blend front-end and back-end development with strong API integration and cloud services.

You will collaborate with Product managers, security, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions, implement evaluation approaches, and ensure robust testing and deployment automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, AI, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack development and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support full-stack enterprise applications and workflows that use LLMs and agents to solve business problems.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical designs and measurable outcomes.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, workflows, and data-access layers using Python, Node.js/TypeScript, SQL, REST, GraphQL, and cloud-native services.
• Implement AI capabilities including prompt and context design, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool calls.
