Job summary
Milestone Inc. is seeking a senior leader to guide its Search & AI Visibility practice, shaping product strategy across technical SEO, local search, schema, GEO, and AI-driven discovery.
You will advise enterprise customers, lead workshops, and partner with Sales to accelerate opportunities, while building repeatable playbooks and thought leadership that strengthen Milestone's credibility in the AI era. A proven track record in enterprise SEO, cross-functional influence, and a compelling vision
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Technical SEO, enterprise search, search strategy, or search product leadership.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales and customer success.
- Proven ability to translate technical strategy into commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead Milestone's Omnichannel Solution offerings including technical SEO, content, paid, digital experience, local etc.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape Search, GEO, Schema, Entity, Local, and AI Visibility platforms.
- Translate market needs and customer insights into product opportunities.
- Evaluate and test AI visibility, knowledge graphs, and agentic discovery technologies.
- Lead workshops, executive briefings, and strategic discovery sessions.
- Help define solution narratives and value propositions to improve win rates.
