Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a leader to head our Enterprise FSI sales teams, building and guiding a group that brings frontier AI to banks, insurers, trading firms, and payments companies. You will design coverage, recruit reps, and create repeatable plays to convert pilots into production deployments.

You will manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, shaping strategy, governance, and procurement for production deployments of Claude via API and enterprise products, while maintaining a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Track record of winning and growing enterprise customers in financial services.
• Experience leading enterprise sales teams that sell complex products like APIs, cloud infra, or ML platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define FSI go-to-market strategy and coverage design, including segmentation and territories.
• Lead Enterprise Account Executives and develop vertical plays to scale adoption.
• Partner with Marketing, Enablement, and partners to codify use cases and sales motions.
• Engage with C-level executives to build business cases and navigate procurement, security, and governance processes.
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, and account planning for a high-volume book of business.
• Collaborate with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to translate client needs into roadmap input.
• Represent Anthropic with customers and at industry events as a trusted leader.
