Alterion is looking for a forward-deployed engineer to lead technical deployments for enterprise customers. You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our platform, customizing integrations, and contributing to product development based on customer feedback.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of software engineering experience, strong proficiency in Typescript and Python, and hands-on knowledge of LLMs. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful production deployments and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in customer-facing roles.
• Strong skills in Typescript and Python with experience in production services.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs or agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical deployments of Alterion at enterprise customers.
• Build custom integrations and adapters against customers' agent frameworks.
• Configure and tune policies, evaluators, and dashboards.
