Job summary

Saragossa is hiring a Head of Field Engineering to lead the Field Engineering organization across enterprise accounts. You will own the operating model, build the team, and drive delivery of production software and LLM/data pipelines in production.

This role reports to the COO and requires senior strategic as well as deep technical execution skills. The ideal candidate has 12+ years leading customer-facing tech teams, ships production software end-to-end, and can operate at executive strategy

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading customer-facing technical organizations.
• Shipped production software end-to-end.
• Experience running LLM applications and data pipelines in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the Field Engineering organization and operating model.
• Build and scale the team for next growth phase.
• Maintain senior technical relationships across enterprise accounts; interface with Product/Engineering/Customer Ops.
