Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Head of Engineering for Sales Management Tools to lead and modernise a large, in-house platform supporting 50,000+ sales agents.

The role focuses on platform reliability, scalability, and financial correctness across wallets, commissions and payouts. The candidate will shape architecture, manage senior engineering leaders, and drive a modernisation agenda while collaborating with product, marketing, and customer engagement teams (Braze).

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years writing Java in production.
• 5+ years managing managers and engineering orgs.
• Platform engineering experience at scale with distributed systems.
• Experience with migrations/rea­rchitectures at 20M+ users.
• Fintech/payments background preferred; CRM/SalesTech not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform modernisation and re-architecture to scale over 20M users.
• Oversee a large engineering organization with managers and senior engineers.
• Ensure financial correctness in commissions, wallets, ledgers, and payouts.
• Collaborate with product and marketing for customer engagement platforms like Braze.
