Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking a Head of Engineering, Rewards to lead a consumer-facing platform in Spain. You will inherit a nine-engineer team and shape the cashback product into a full rewards, retention and personalisation platform serving business and consumer customers.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong front-end and mobile depth, and a proven track record building scalable systems. You will own architecture, delivery, and metrics, and partner with Product, Growth and Sales to

Qualifications

• Direct-to-consumer product engineering at scale with measurable impact.
• Strong front-end and mobile engineering experience.
• Hands-on leadership of engineering managers.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Fintech or payments familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap.
• Improve cashback and expand to full rewards platform.
• Build and scale the engineering organisation.
• Establish experimentation culture with metrics.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing.
• Own customer-facing rewards experience on mobile and web.
• Set architecture standards and maintain engineering health.
• Expand platform to multiple geographies.
• Define rewards metrics and OKRs with Product.
