Job summary

Moniepoint is looking for a Head of Engineering, Rewards in Spain to lead a consumer-facing cashback and rewards platform. You will own the technical roadmap, architect systems, and grow the engineering organization from nine engineers to multiple product units with a strong experimentation culture.

You should have 10+ years of software engineering, 5+ years leading managers, and a proven track record shipping direct-to-consumer products at scale.

• Hands-on technical leadership with credibility among engineers.
• Experience leading managers and growing engineering orgs.
• Strong collaboration with growth, sales and marketing to translate business objectives into engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards Platform end to end.
• Improve performance, reliability and depth of cashback product as a priority.
• Evolve cashback into a broader rewards, retention, engagement and personalisation platform.
• Build the engineering organisation, hire engineers and Engineering Managers.
• Establish strong experimentation culture: A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Define architecture standards and own engineering health metrics.
