Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in oil and gas.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of engineering work from design to start-up.
• Sets design basis and scope with Business Development and estimating.
• Maintains client relationships and manages expectations.
• Ensures compliance with codes and safety standards (ASME/API/NEC/NFPA/ISA).
• Leads staffing, development, and succession planning.
• Drives continuous improvement and tracks performance metrics.
