Job summary

Jasper-Ventures-Inc. in Whitehouse, TX, seeks a Leader of Engineering to direct and manage its multidisciplinary engineering organization, including process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and drafting teams.

You will drive project execution, ensure safety and quality, and align resources with strategic objectives. The role partners with Operations, Business Development, and People & Culture to hire, mentor, and develop leaders while maintaining strong client relationships and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred.
PE license and MBA preferred but not required.
10+ years of progressive engineering experience in oil and gas.
5+ years leading engineering teams across disciplines.
Experience across the full project lifecycle from proposal through start-up.
Experience with modular or skid-mounted equipment design is a plus.

Responsibilities

Directs all phases of engineering work from proposal involvement to start-up.
Communicates strategy to the engineering team through regular meetings.
Oversees design deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, specs, drawings) and ensures quality.
Ensures compliance with codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Travels domestically up to 25% to support projects.
Collaborates with Operations, Procurement, and BD on staffing and development.
