Qualifications

• 20+ years in oil & gas with upstream reservoir experience.
• Strong capabilities in reserves, forecasting, and project economics.
• Bachelor's in petroleum engineering; willingness to travel domestically and internationally; US work authorization.
• Master/PhD preferred; Haynesville/Bossier or LNG market knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead reservoir engineering across management, development planning, forecasting, and reserves.
• Build and develop a multidisciplinary reservoir team.
• Create practical workflows and decision frameworks for investment.
• Support upstream operating model interfaces with subsurface, drilling, operations, and finance.
• Represent the company in external discussions and ensure HSE and compliance.
• Drive economic analysis and portfolio prioritization for acquisitions and JV.
