Jasper is seeking a Leader of Engineering to direct and manage its multidisciplinary engineering organization, including Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Design and Drafting, Plant Automation, and Product Design. You will guide projects from proposal through fabrication, start-up and handover, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget conformance.

Leaders will mentor engineers, build succession plans, and coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Business Development to minimize

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years progressive engineering experience in oil and gas.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams across multiple disciplines.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from proposal to start-up.

Responsabilidades

• Directs all phases of engineering work across disciplines.
• Sets design basis and scope with Business Development.
• Maintains client relationships and manages expectations.
• Ensures compliance with codes and safety requirements (ASME, API, NEC, NFPA).
• Drives continuous improvement and tracks performance metrics.
• Facilitates cross-department coordination to minimize project gaps.
