JERA Americas seeks a General Manager, Reservoir Engineering, to lead a new upstream reservoir engineering organization. You will shape fit-for-purpose workflows, drive development optimization, and integrate reserves, economics, and commercial inputs into high-quality investment decisions.

Responsibilities include leading conventional and unconventional program across the United States and globally, building a capable team, and ensuring disciplined decision-making in a growing upstream company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in oil and gas with upstream reservoir engineering focus.
• Experience linking technical reservoir analysis to commercial outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead reservoir engineering across management, development planning, forecasting, reserves, and optimization.
• Build and develop a multidisciplinary reservoir team and governance.
• Create workflows and decision frameworks for a new upstream company.
• Support operating model design and interfaces across functions.
• Lead integrated development optimization for the South Mansfield asset.
• Own type curves, production forecasts, and reserves inputs.
• Provide technical and commercial leadership for due diligence and acquisitions.
• Lead reserves evaluation with SEC/SPE-PRMS alignment.
• Direct economic analysis and production forecasts for planning.
• Integrate geoscience, engineering, economics, and regulatory considerations.
