Job summary
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and proven leadership in manufacturing maintenance/engineering. Hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with strong benefits and a 10% bonus eligibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing maintenance/engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects and maintenance operations for a large Jackson, OH facility.
- Own capital projects, equipment installations, PM/PdM programs, budgets and continuous improvement.
- Head up a large engineering function with growth goals and oversight.
- In-house training provided as part of role.
