Job summary

Jackson’s Food Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee preventative maintenance and repairs for production equipment and facility systems. You will troubleshoot issues, execute CMMS-driven schedules, and minimize downtime to ensure timely delivery of quality snacks.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance, experience with electrical and PLCs, and familiarity with GMP/CFR standards. On-site work with strict safety and quality protocols is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, PLCs and GMP/CFR familiarity.
• Forklift certification is required and height work may apply.
• Proven ability to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and building equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maximize uptime.
• Execute maintenance schedules using Fiix CMMS.
• Maintain records of issues and maintenance in the CMMS.
• Respond quickly to production line calls and communicate progress.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, CFR, OSHA and EPA regulations.
