The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and proven leadership in manufacturing maintenance/engineering. Hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with strong benefits and a 10% bonus eligibility.

Are you an experienced Maintenance or Engineering Manager (or similar) with a background in manufacturing, looking to take ownership of engineering and maintenance operations across a large-scale food manufacturing facility?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturer operating one of its largest facilities, managing the whole engineering function across multiple production plants and a distribution center.

The organization is a frozen food manufacturer that’s part of a much larger parent group, with an ongoing focus on expansion and plant growth. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful change in a high-volume environment where engineering and maintenance directly shape performance.

You’ll lead engineering projects and maintenance operations for a large Jackson, OH facility, covering capital projects, equipment installs, preventive/predictive maintenance, budgets, and team leadership.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager with manufacturing leadership experience looking for a high-level position with significant operational responsibility, strong benefits and the backing of a large international organization.

• Lead engineering projects and maintenance operations at an on-site frozen food manufacturing facility in Jackson, OH
• Hours of work - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM , Monday - Friday
• Own capital projects, equipment installations, PM/PdM programs, budgets, and continuous improvement

The Person:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management or a related discipline
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing maintenance/engineering
