Job summary

OMNIA Partners is seeking a Head of Engineering in Franklin, TN to lead end-to-end engineering across applications, data, AI/ML, and DevOps. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, technical oversight, and measurable business outcomes rather than technology for its own sake.

You will drive Agile maturity, cultivate accountability and psychological safety, partner with executives to align tech investments with customer and operational goals, and embed AI capabilities where they create impact.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in technology with at least 15 in engineering leadership.
• Proven record leading technology organizations through significant transformation.
• Track record of driving change through metrics, empathy, and transparent stakeholder communication.
• Strong experience advancing Agile maturity and building outcome-oriented delivery teams.
• Practical experience with AI/ML delivery, including GenAI applications in business contexts.
• Deep background in enterprise platform ecosystems, system integration, and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and scale a high-performing engineering organization spanning application development, data engineering, AI and ML, and DevOps.
• Lead the engineering organization through sustained transformation using a metrics-driven approach that makes progress visible.
• Partner with operations and product to direct technology investments toward measurable customer, operational, and commercial outcomes.
• Advance Agile maturity and align planning and prioritization with Product Management around outcomes.
• Define and execute a pragmatic AI roadmap that embeds intelligent capabilities where they create measurable impact.
• Ensure platform stability, governance, and vendor relations while improving overall engineering performance.
