Job summary

Oracle in Nashville is seeking a leader to guide the technical and delivery direction of our engineering platform. You will build and mentor a Nashville-based team, and work closely with OCI service owners to convert scattered knowledge into reusable capabilities.

The role focuses on practical AI-enabled engineering solutions that reduce toil and drive reliability. The position emphasizes scalability, cost-efficient evolution of OCI services, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams

Your team will create the systems, workflows, service context, and safety controls that enable engineers and AI agents to understand services, automate repeatable work, safely make and validate changes, and improve production reliability over time.

You will set the technical and delivery direction for the platform, hire and develop a high-performing Nashville-based engineering team, and partner closely with OCI service owners to turn fragmented operational knowledge and manual processes into reusable capabilities. Success means delivering practical AI-enabled engineering solutions that reduce operational toil, improve service resilience, and make OCI services easier and less costly to evolve and operate.
