Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex engagement strategies.
• Experience working with senior executives and diverse healthcare providers a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports and deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the engagement strategy for key accounts.
• Lead annual sales and engagement goals with the team.
• Oversee engagement budget and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with VP and other departments on master annual plan and budget.
• Identify cross-program opportunities and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
