Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Lead Endpoint Support Engineer in Irving, TX. The role focuses on strategy, engineering, and lifecycle management of corporate endpoints across HQ and branches, with hybrid work options and extensive vendor interactions.

The candidate will drive Intune configurations, device enrollment, compliance, and app deployment while overseeing Defender-based security and DaaS/VDI implementations. Strong leadership and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in endpoint engineering or end-user computing with leadership experience.
• Hands-on with Intune: device enrollment, compliance, and app deployment.
• Experience with Defender for endpoint security including threat response.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and lifecycle of desktops, laptops, and mobile endpoints for all sites.
• Lead deployment and management of endpoints via Microsoft Intune and policies.
• Manage endpoint security posture using Defender across device fleet.
• Evaluate and manage DaaS/VDI solutions for flexible work needs.
• Standardize imaging, patching, and config mgmt to reduce overhead.
• Lead endpoint support across corporate HQ and branches.
• Establish SLAs, queues, and escalation paths for service delivery.
• Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvements for end-user issues.
• Coordinate with security and infra teams to ensure compliance and patching.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement for endpoint space.
• Own procurement, refresh, and asset lifecycle planning with budgeting.
• Negotiate vendor SLAs to optimize cost and support responsiveness.
• Evaluate new tools and onboard vendors for endpoint needs.
• Mentor and lead endpoint engineers and support technicians.
