Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Employee Wellness program, including design and administration.
• Plan and deliver wellness initiatives to promote healthy lifestyles and participation.
• Manage vendors, healthcare providers, and consultants related to wellness programs.
• Lead on-site EAP and wellness resources to support employee wellbeing.
• Develop and implement new wellness initiatives aligned with Authority needs.
• Monitor data to inform strategic wellness actions and partner with vendors.
