Chicago Transit Authority is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Wellness & Benefits Programs to lead our employee wellness and benefits portfolio. You will oversee wellness education, financial literacy, health insurance, and wellbeing initiatives while serving as an ombudsman for benefit matters and coordinating with vendors.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Health Education or related field plus five years of administration experience designing and implementing benefits and wellness programs.
• Certified Benefits Professional and/or Certified Wellness Practitioner preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee all aspects of the Employee Wellness program including design and administration.
• Lead planning and delivery of Wellness Program promoting healthy lifestyles and participation.
• Manage relationships with wellness program vendors, healthcare providers, and consultants.
• Oversee RFPs for health services and programs ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Develop communication strategies to ensure employees understand CTA benefits and wellness programs.
