Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive corporate communications and public relations experience in technology or global business.
• Significant experience guiding corporate, technology and product communications programs.
• Proven ability to lead complex PR initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong ability to translate AI and emerging tech into clear customer-focused messages.
• Extensive experience advising C-suite and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead corporate communications strategies for AI and technology leadership.
• Shape external narrative around AI, technology, and product leadership with focus on customers.
• Lead media strategy for major announcements, product launches, partnerships, and events.
• Manage a disciplined communications calendar aligned with leadership priorities.
• Oversee internal communications connecting employees to business strategy.
• Plan and execute global employee town halls with CEO remarks and scripts.
• Use AI as an integral part of daily communications work.
• Independently lead complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Build relationships across a large matrixed organization.
• Prioritize competing requests by business importance and reputational impact.
• Manage multiple initiatives against aggressive deadlines.
