• Coordinate disaster response staffing across deployments and activations.

• Provide regular staff training on roles during emergencies and ensure safety readiness.
• Collaborate with first responders and external partners and represent the agency publicly.
• Oversee post-activation deliverables, including after-action and closeout reports.
