Job summary

The candidate will direct multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor junior engineers, while applying new technologies and best practices to deliver high-quality electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Active member of CIAPR (College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico).
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, including design, development, and implementation of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Electrical Engineering Department.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate electrical projects from conception to execution.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior engineers and technical staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative solutions.
• Evaluate and apply new technologies, design tools, and industry best practices.
