• Oversee aircraft power systems projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with requirements, budgets, timelines and risk mitigation.
• Serve as SME for DO-254 compliance and drive root cause analyses and investigations.
• Lead organizational development, cost-effective delivery, and collaboration with partners, customers and internal teams.
• Partner with HR on performance reviews and staffing to optimize workflows.
