Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for electrical engineering development and sustaining programs.
• Lead initiatives to improve electrical engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Plan and manage deployment of resources for multiple projects.
• Establish and monitor department budgets and cost controls.
• Encourage and provide opportunities for continued relevant technical training.
