Job summary
Delta Air Lines in Atlanta seeks a senior product leader to own the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) ecosystem, aligning pilot needs with safety, compliance, and operational performance.
You will define long-term vision, build multi-year roadmaps, and lead a cross-functional team of product managers, analysts, and technologists to deliver enterprise-grade pilot tools and platforms. Collaborate with Flight Ops, IT, cybersecurity, and vendors to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Aviation or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams for EFB apps, mobile platforms, and supporting tech.
- Set vision and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- Prioritize enhancements with stakeholders.
- Drive planning, release governance.
- Develop business cases and investment strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
- Ensure operational readiness of pilot platforms.
- Monitor performance via metrics and feedback.
- Advocate user-centered design with pilot insights.
- Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, infra, and engineering.
- Communicate strategy and progress to leaders.
- Develop and coach a high-performing team.
