Global Solutions International is seeking an EFB Program Manager to oversee the technical and security-compliance aspects of an AFGSC Wing/Operations Group's Electronic Flight Bag program. This involves balancing evolving mobile device management and security requirements to support safe flight operations.

The role requires coordinating with AFGSC/A3TV, performing maintenance and upgrades, and administering Foreflight and BB/UEM/MMD systems to ensure current, compliant EFB capabilities across

Qualifications

• Security clearance (active or previously held) required.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and macOS; IT/device-management experience desired.
• At least 2 years of Microsoft 365 suite experience with ability to manage SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Wing/Operations Group EFB Program per AFGSCI 11-270 and Baseline Configuration announcements, liaison with AFGSC/A3TV.
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, patching, and restoration beyond squadron level; hold MDM administrator credentials.
• Coordinate with Stan Eval TO Distribution Officer and squadron EFB managers to keep FLIP, TOs, and FCIF updated across EFB platforms.
• Serve as EFB system administrator using BB/UEM or successor MDM; include user account management and device audits.
• Manage Foreflight administration and related internet/WiFi services for EFB connectivity, coordinating with the ISP as needed.
• Act as equipment custodian for all EFB hardware, manage inventory and decommissioning, enroll in Device Enrollment Program.
• Generate EFB Audit and Sustainment Reports and elevate requirements/obsolescence risks to leadership.
