Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks an experienced EFB Manager to oversee software and device management, ensuring security requirements are met and aircrew can operate safely. You will coordinate with AFSC/EFB stakeholders, manage Foreflight and MDM, and maintain current flight publications.

The role requires strong IT/aircrew knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment while documenting procedures and audits.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and clear written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance and related IT/aircrew knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead EFB program management and liaison with AF/GSC stakeholders.
• Maintain EFB devices, publications, and related flight materials.
• Administer MDM/Foreflight accounts and user roles.
• Coordinate with IT, Stan/Eval, and aircrew for updates and audits.
• Monitor connectivity, inventory, and sustainment of EFB equipment.
• Generate required EFB reports and ensure compliance.
