Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements (Title II, Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, Clery Act, NY Education Law Article 129-A/129-B, ADA, Section 504) and related policies.
• Experience developing programs and training in equal opportunity and inclusive spaces.
• Experience using a case management system to enter and update case information, review histories, maintain confidential records, coordinate follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Implements and utilizes advanced tracking for case management systems and analyses outcomes.
• Designs and develops targeted training curricula aligned with case management workflows.
• Manages interactive live and virtual training sessions on civil rights compliance and policies.
• Evaluates training efficacy via participant feedback and adjusts methods.
• Develops instructional materials for diverse learning styles and enhances knowledge retention.
