Job summary

City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking an Assistant Deputy Director for Educational Programming, Training & Orientation to lead systemwide educational programs addressing discrimination and harassment. • Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience developing programs and conducting training in equal opportunity and inclusive spaces.
• Experience using a case management system to enter and update case information, review case histories, maintain confidential records, and coordinate follow-up activities.

Responsibilities

• Implements and utilizes advanced tracking for case management system; analyzes outcomes to optimize system efficiency and user experience and outcomes.
• Designs and develops customized targeted training curricula aligned with case management system workflows to enhance user competence and system proficiency.
• Manages interactive live and virtual training sessions on civil rights compliance, institutional policies and procedures, and standards for meticulous case documentation.
• Evaluates training efficacy and success through participant feedback, refining methodologies to maximize learning outcomes and system integration.
• Implements monitoring protocols to ensure consistent training session attendance, identifying barriers to participation for adjustments.
• Develops innovative instructional materials to facilitate diverse learning styles and enhance knowledge retention.
