The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) seeks an Administrative Staff Analyst to serve as Chief, Drinking Water Operations Compliance and Performance. This role drives integrated oversight across EHS, risk management, asset management, and regulatory permits while coordinating with operations, maintenance, IT and senior management.

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA/EHS standards and standardized methodologies.
• Ability to interpret contract language and evaluate vendor performance.
• Ability to develop training materials and present technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce a zero-incident safety culture with JHAs for high-risk processes.
• Supervise staff across trades, engineers, analysts and project managers.
• Track and audit preventative maintenance backlogs to prevent failures.
• Coordinate CMMS deployment with multiple departments.
• Review facility emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
• Ensure PSI and P&IDs are updated after modifications.
• Analyze workforce data to link fatigue with policy non-compliance.
• Schedule safety training and RMP/EHS refresher cycles.
• Monitor closure of safety recommendations from audits.
