Qualifications

• A master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, public health, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, employee benefits, staff development, employment program planning/administration, labor market research, economic planning, social services program planning/evaluation, or a JD (legal).
• Bachelor's degree with four years of professional experience in budget/administration, economics or related fields, with 18 months supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education/experience as described above.

Responsibilities

• Execute and enforce safety/compliance governance across DWO with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, IT and HR to optimize CMMS deployment.
• Track maintenance backlogs and drive preventive maintenance.
• Evaluate contractor performance and manage service contracts.
• Prepare reports and brief senior management on KPI and RMP/EHS compliance.
