Qualifications

• A Baccalaureate degree and three years of full-time satisfactory professional experience related to the projects and policies to be studied in the position.
• Eighteen months of managerial, consultative, administrative or supervisory capacity requested.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis and project management support for engineering and operational divisions within BWSO.
• Identify opportunities for performance enhancements across divisions and for end-to-end business support functions.
• Lead or support multi-division related analysis and projects.
• Advise on initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery for key departmental services.
• Manage projects; liaise between leadership and initiative owners to ensure objectives are met.
• Critically assess project plans, resources, milestones, KPIs, and governance to ensure feasibility.
• Ensure standardised PM processes and tools across divisions; coach initiative owners.
• Track program processes and outcomes and report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop links to maximize program impact and provide insights on progress to the executive team.
