Commercial Funding Partners is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Documentation to lead the end-to-end documentation and funding execution for equipment financing. The role partners with Sales, Credit, Operations, and vendors to ensure precise, compliant documentation and timely funding.

You will manage hands-on document preparation, risk mitigation, and continuous workflow improvements while driving cross-functional collaboration and scalable processes across a national platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equipment leasing, commercial finance, or lease documentation.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and closing complex financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of lease and loan documentation.
• Ensure transactions align with credit terms, funding conditions, and policies.
• Serve as the final documentation authority prior to funding.
