Job summary

BPCE Equipment Solutions seeks a Senior Documentation Specialist to support Vendor and syndication activities, ensuring accurate documentation, funding packages, and adherence to controls. You will partner with Sales, Credit, and Finance to drive growth while mitigating risk.

The role emphasizes post-funding contract management, annual renewals for UCC/Insurance, and involvement in audits and program reviews. Strong legal and financial acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
• JD or Paralegal degree is a plus.
• 10+ years in secured lending, with lease/loan documentation experience.
• Solid understanding of the UCC, including Article 9 changes.
• Experience working with vendors, external customers, and remote sales teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, fast-paced environment capable.
• Customer and vendor service mindset.
• Knowledge of industrial and high-tech financing and syndications is a plus.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and follow up on lease, loan, and related documents.
• Prepare and review funding packages for pricing, accuracy, and pass-throughs.
• Review and refine processes, manage UCC searches and lien clearances.
• Interface with Sales, Credit, and Finance to meet volume goals.
• Ensure timely remittances and resolve discrepancies with back office.
• Manage post-funding changes and annual renewals for UCC and Insurance.
• Participate in new programs, product reviews, audits, and compliance projects.
