Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Distribution Services Training and Operations to direct and coordinate nationwide training strategies across Distribution Services.

You will create and implement a managerial and technical curriculum, collaborating with Home Office L&D, MarMaxx, Digital, and IE, and oversee a team of Training Managers, Specialists and Supervisors. You will lead cross-divisional development of training initiatives, manage the Internship Program, and ensure effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge or experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience including at least 2 years in management.
• Knowledge of progressive training practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer program competency (Microsoft Office 365, iOS, etc.)
• Professional presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs, manages, and coordinates network-wide Distribution Services training strategies.
• Creates programs based on strategic and tactical needs and ensures L&D curriculum compliance.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Home Office L&D, MarMaxx, Digital, and IE to develop training.
• Oversees a team of Training Managers, Training Specialists and Supervisors.
• Leads development tools and evaluation mechanisms to measure training effectiveness.
• Supports and evaluates training tools within Distribution Centers.
