Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. invites applicants to join a 12-week summer Operations Internship across our distribution network.

You will join a Fortune 100 company’s logistics operation and lead a team of warehouse associates while focusing on efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment. You will experience extensive on-the-job training with mentorship from leaders, gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our off-price business model, and have the opportunity to work on a process improvement

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year or 2-year degree (rising juniors/seniors).
• Available for the full 12-week summer internship.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates during the internship.
• Support daily operations and safety in the distribution center.
• Collaborate with multiple functions in Distribution/Fulfillment.
• Complete a process improvement project during the internship.
• Present final project to Distribution executive team at internship end.
