This senior role leads network-wide training strategy, partnering with Distribution Center leadership and Home Office teams to drive leadership development, technical training, and professional growth across multiple locations. The position emphasizes strategic program design, operational execution, and collaboration with senior leaders to align learning with business goals while preparing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience leading teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience facilitating training programs and applying adult learning techniques.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong planning, organization, and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and other business technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop network-wide learning and development strategies that support Distribution Services business objectives.
• Lead Training Managers, Training Specialists, and Supervisors across the U.S.
• Design, prioritize, schedule, and implement leadership, operational, technical, and professional development programs.
• Coordinate logistics and execution of large-scale training initiatives across multiple locations.
• Develop assessment and evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and business impact.
