Job summary
Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division seeks an experienced leader to coordinate and support a high-performing internal sales office. You will lead inventory, process returns, coordinate with field sales, and drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and patient service.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in distribution/logistics, SAP knowledge, and strong communication. Travel up to 10% nationwide; experience with PowerBI/Tableau preferred; WMS/TMS systems experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience.
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or healthcare.
- SAP knowledge required.
- Proficiency in MS Office; PowerBI/Tableau experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate internal sales office team to support goals.
- Process local inventory and field returns with accuracy.
- Collaborate with field sales to deliver non-revenue activity milestones.
- Manage inventory put-away, replenishment and expiry.
- Monitor outbound metrics and report to leadership.
- Drive Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve bottom line.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners in supply chain and logistics.
- Support on-site team for PO collection, AR365 and pricing discrepancies.
